Polystyrene Cake Separators

Polystyrene cake separators are basically a cake dummy cut to a thickness of 1″ or 2″ depth. These separators are used on tiered cakes to raise the real cake or cake dummy layers. The thin gap made by the cake separators is often covered with flowers or ribbon.
Supplied round or square with a straight clean crisp edge, 1″ or 2″ in thickness and up to 24″ in diameter.
